STOP!
Yes, S.T.O.P. is actionable. It’s also a crucial step in closing GAPS within any productive environment, whether it be at work, school, home, or in the community.
S – Strategies
T – Tools
O – Operations
P – People
We learn to connect the dots in kindergarten, turning blank pages into colorful images. Yet as adults, we often say, “There’s not enough time to STOP and connect the dots.” This is the most common excuse we hear for not stopping, and as a result, we fall into redundant cycles.
Time accumulates like interest rates – you don’t notice it at first, but eventually, when you are forced to stop, you realize how much it has cost you.
Over the next posts, we’re going to dive into S.T.O.P. and learn to connect those dots.
This week, let’s start with STRATEGY:
Connect the dots! Match each circle to one of the options below, reflecting your current scenario:
- Our people are aligned with our strategy.
- Our tools align with our strategy, and our people are trained accordingly.
- Our operations follow our strategy, reflect through our tools, and our people are fully aligned.
